Do I need any technical skills to manage my website?
Not at all. Your website is built to be simple from day one. If you choose the blog add-on, you will have access to an easy-to-use interface that makes posting content a breeze.
Can I make changes to my website after it's live?
Basic content updates and bug fixes are included in the yearly maintenance fee. If you require bigger changes such as new pages, redesigns, or added features, we will quote you a clear, upfront price.
What do I need to provide UI-Together with before my website can be built?
We require from you a registered domain name, and any pictures, graphics and written content that you want to have included. We will make sure we have everything we need from you before beginning work on your website.
Do you host my website, or do I need to pay for hosting separately?
Hosting is included in your yearly maintenance fee. There is no separate bill.
How long does it take to get my website live?
Your 5-page website will be completed within 5 business days. If you added a blog to your package, this will add 2 additional business days.
Do you offer additional services such as logo design and brand kits?
We only offer websites at the moment. This is what we do best. However, let us know if you need additional services and we will be able to point you in the direction of experts in those fields.
What if I want to move my website over to a new service provider?
Your website is 100% yours. If you choose to move away from our service, we will help make the transition as smooth as possible. While we won't be able to refund any yearly maintenance fees already paid, we will not hestitate to transfer your content over to the new service provider.
